Railroad Historians of the Lehigh Valley and NRHS Membership Options

Given the group's dual identity as Railroad Historians of the Lehigh Valley (RHLV) and Lehigh Valley Chapter NRHS, there are two membership options. Membership in the RHLV alone is available for $36 per year and entitles the member to voting privileges, an annual digital or print subscription to the group's quarterly magazine/newsletter "Lehigh Lines", and discounts on books and DVD's issued by the group and certain other publishers. Those wishing to join the National Railway Historical Society can select the affiliation "LV Chapter" on our form for the same local dues and benefits. Then, they can obtain the national membership form at nrhs.com/membership.

To join us or renew on line, please fill out and submit the form below and pay via the "Pay Now" button provided. (Click on the button, then a Purchase Details screen appears. Enter your payment amount in the price box, then click on "Continue". In an effort to avoid a two-tiered dues structure, those selecting a print copy of newsmagazine Lehigh Lines are asked to consider a $10 donation to help offset the rising costs of printing and postage. Four magazines for the next calendar year will be sent after receipt of the year's dues.

Lehigh Lines Newsletter

Members receive the quarterly newsletter/magazine “Lehigh Lines” via mailed printed format or via PDF download. Publication occurs February, May, August, and November. The magazine features articles focusing on rail and transit operations and people in the Lehigh Valley and elsewhere. The chapter has also published books about area railroad and rail transit history that are available for purchase.
